I know there are other threads out there dedicated to posting different types of coins.

I have a thing called the Kokapowa Tribe, which is my collection of all my Indian/Buffalo coins. All that I'm down to know are my Buffalo Nickels, and I thought we should have a thread for just Buffalo related coins, could be a nickel, could be some gold, could be that beautiful silver commemorative, whatever you would like to post with a buffalo...

    Without further adieu...POST A BUFFALO!

Very nice Krispy, still haven't gotten my gold tenth ouncer...everyday that goes by, I regret not buying one at the original mint price!

And Robec, your coins and photos that I've seen are absolutely outstanding!
What is the grade of that nickel?

Thank you for the great compliment. I had a set of proof Buffalo's that I sold last year. They still tug at my heart strings and now have a severe case of sellers remorse. They were all PCGS PR67. Here is a link to my retired set on the PCGS Registry if you care to take a look. http://www.pcgs.com/setregistry/alltimeset.aspx?s=42053&ac=1

This 1936 Satin was resubmitted by the new owner and came back PCGS PR68. Boy, I sure wish I had them back.

Larry those are some nice coins ;) Same to you Mark!

Bob, once again beautiful photos and coins, that is/was one impressive set!

Chris, you just didn't let me get to it yet...
Here is the buffalo I used to own, my photos skills were terrible when I owned it, I wish I still had the coin, I'd photograph the heck out of that thing.

Here are a compilation of photos of that buffalo.

P.S. Mine was found from circulation too...
    Fingerprint on obverse...
Doesn't matter if it is worn, post yours too. (Unless it was set on fire, put out with a full strength hose, then set on fire again, put in the ground, dug out, gouged by the shovel, and set on fire a third time)
