i read that article and it seems the topic kinda changed in this thread. Is there anyone that can tell me some key things to look for to tell wether a coin has been cleaned.

Well that's true. But, in some circles if there are no lawsuits claiming a particular activity is wrong, then it's okay until or if there is. lol So, since PCGS didn't name AT'ers in their suit, some have pointed that out in the threads. But, based on the pcgs definition of doctoring, it looks like it's a matter of time before they get around to the AT'ers.

Experience is the key thing - look at a lot of coins and you'll learn what a coin should look like if it's original or if a particular cleaning technique has been applied. Since there are so many ways to clean a coin, it's next to impossible to list them all. But, remember, there are proper cleaning techniques that benefit the coin and there are improper cleaning techniques that harm the coin.

Look nobody but nobody is claiming that artificial toning of coins is not or should not be called coin doctoring.

You seem to be the only person who is making an assumption that people are saying that.

    They aren't !

I'm saying it has been pointed out that AT has not been mentioned in PCGS's lawsuit. Here's a link to the thread.
