Since it is still in the Cheerios package chances are VERY VERY good that it is one of the pattern coins. Yes I know that it isn't absolute, but as far as I know only ONE Cheerios dollar so far has NOT been one of the patterns. (And so far only one of the pattern coins has been found in circulation.)
Feels like I'm being teased - would like to see a full pic of obverse and reverse, not just a little here and a little there. - Thanks.
Sorry... it was late and I'm new here so nothing worked. NOW it should! Join Heritage if you want to see the LARGE photos of each coin. http://coins.ha.com/common/search_results.php?Ntt=cheerios&Ntk=SI_Titles&N=51+790+231&Nty=1 Clicking "Closer Look" gives you a HUGE file. You can see the tail and the front die marks near the "P" If you use a 10X Loop and hold it in the right light you WILL see them on the actual coin. Good luck!! Ben Jenkins
