Not sure when it changed but was wondering if anyone else noticed that when you click on somebody's feedback now, all the individual numbers are hyperlinked on their profile page. If you want to look at the negatives in the last 12 months, you can click the number and see them. A welcome change.

I think they did that earlier last week. Read about it on the PCGS boards.

It looks like toolhaus.org has forced ebay (from a marketing standpoint) to adopt this feature.

Maybe it is just me, but there is another new feature I find about as interesting. If you go to the negative feedback, there is a new little icon (2 people in a circle, I think) to the right of each feedback. Clicking on that will display the feedback the other person got in return for that transaction. That could prove rather interesting. The only problem is that I can only see one at a time.

I love this feature. I've always used toolhaus, which takes a relatively long time to load, and this feature is as quick and easy as can be. I'm surprised eBay made a change like this, one that we actually wanted.
I have to say I'm impressed.

I recently decided not to bid on a coin, due to this feature. The seller, despite having an overall feedback rating of 97%, had a couple of negative feedbacks in the last 60 days. As I clicked on the icon which allows you to see the response to the negative feedback, I found that this seller had been accused of selling a fake coin. Their response was something to the effect that "This buyer is a real dork" Except the seller used a term much more offensive than dork, that rhymes with stick.

That was all I needed to know to stay away from that auction, or anything else offered by the seller.

Give some people enough rope, and they'll hang themselves. A smart move and good improvement by EBay.

I've been using toolhaus.org and have made similar decisions based on what I saw there. A seller may have 99.7% on eBay, but if they see enough (thousands), there still may be 20 - 30 people a month who post things that might give you pause to trust the seller. :kewl:

Funny, the UK version of ebay (www.ebay.co.uk) has had this feature for a while.

Glad to see I don't have to manually change .com to .co.uk now to enable the feedback filters!

Indeed! I've not bid on items because the seller had idiotic replies to neg feedback.
