Hope you can see it. It runs between the third and fourth columns from the dome down almost to cent. I went to the minterrornewsletter site and it seems they don't talk about die breaks. Are they not considered errors?

Thats a die crack. Does it continue down from the bottom of E in cents to the O in of? I see something, but it might be a smudge...

I can see it. I think its a die crack but can't be sure. Try to get a clearer picture from straight on if you can.
    Thanks,

It does continue on down, but it is very weak.

I took 6 more pics and this is the best I can come up with. Oh yeah, Georgia is the hottest and humiditiest (spelling sucks, if it is even a word) place on earth. Thought I would die cutting the grass today.

very nice die crack. unfortunately they were common, along with laminations, on the war nickels from '42 to '45.

In my view, it takes away from the value instead of adding to it. Much rather have a clear field with nothing to detract from it.

I agree with you. Unless it's a full cud or something else significant, i'd pass on it, but there are those who collect late die stages with large die cracks.
