yea, i never searched a roll of dimes either! i may get a few more, but i bet i won't find a thing for a very long time. i guess i am weird but i would have rather found a silver roosevelt. just because i have a good amount of nice mercury dimes and no silver roosevelts. i am still very happy though, it makes it even better that i didn't have this one. i may get a picture of it, i am just debating if its worth pulling the camera out and uploading it(feeling lazy). its not the find of the century either!

thanks for the price of the jfk. my grandma found a bunch of them and i want them, but also want to pay her what they are worth. i will just give her $3 each, to help a little with her vacation. i just hope some of her other years of jfk halves and ike dollars are silver!

Got further into the cent rolls I bought. Found the 9th roll of 2010 D.s. Enough Already ! Listed 8 rolls on eBay at exact cost (including the fees) no bids. Taking them to my drop bank as is.

Yes, 40's. I didn't sell him any. He said he'd buy up to 50 off me.

I just realized that I crossed the $10k barrier for half dollars yesterday. My totals so far...

9 90%'s, 43 40%'s, for a percentage of just 0.26% silver. One in every 384 half dollars I look at is silver.

Did a box of dimes today, with nada.

Last few around here have been selling (at coin club auction) for about $54-$55 so that is a decent offer.

picked up 12 silver dimes out of 145$, all of them came from 4 CWR (the bank rolls had nothing).

    Included 4 I need for the Roosie set (60, 59D, 53, 48D). Puts me at 20 out of 48.

And I sold 4 at the Parsippany show for $41 a roll (on a dip to 17.3?) :(

I have never gotten over 45$ a roll (at 18.40 spot).

With the jump today (To $19.16), I'll bet he's paying at least $50 per.

I looked through 280 dollars in halves. Mostly loose with 6 Brinks rolls and 6 CWR. I found one 40% in the loose. Both tellers I got the loose from looked at the edges of the coins as they gave them to me. However, they missed one 1968 clad that showed a copper edge. Sometimes the 40% look like clads from the edges...make sure you look at all the dates on all the coins so you don't miss one.

In my last 2k in halves, I've found only 4 40%. I need a pep talk, man. I'm thinking of quitting halves....

Quick question what site should I go to to see how much my graded coins are worth besides pcgs.com?
