All of my coins were found in the mid to late 60's and early 70's. They have sit around for 35 or more years. This one has letters missing in LIBERTY. I have heard that cleaning destroys any value, but see in posts that some clean with chemicals. I have also heard that hot hydrogen peroxide will clean the corrosion, but I have not tried that or any other method for that matter. What are the recommendations on coins like this?

If you read the post, you'd see he asked how to clean off the corrosion.

I don't know, so I'll wait for an expert to come around.
