The coins wholesale CDN price is $270. So yeah, It's worth it.

    Not bad.
The ceritfication S/N is not in the picture but should start with an 83. Sometimes they have the wrong ones in there.
And 83's are not hard to get so I might wait for one that does not have the funny toning on the left side 9o'clock on the Reverse and Obverse.

But it's a fair price for that coins.
    I do love a CC :D

    It's a 63 in 64 plastic IMO.

I don't quite understand the lighter colored rectangular area on the front of the neck.

It's a bit "baggie", particularly on the cheek where it's highly noticeable.
But I don't have any serious problems with it being a MS-64.
Even if it's a -63 I believe the BIN to be fair.

The bag marks are just a tad bit stronger than the NGC and PCGS 64's that I have, but not by much. If the images are scans, perhaps that has something to do with it.

I think it is a reasonable price. If you decide to buy it, be sure to check VAMWorld for the "dashed 8" to determine the variety.

If you mean the serial number on the COA, then that one will not have a serial number on it. That GSA holder was originally sold as mixed CC, probaby because of the obverse toning( Minimum bid $15 back in the day!) . Serial number would start with 83 IF it was an "Uncirculared" GSA holder.
