Working on my answers. Also need clarification on #10. Do you want the author of Redbook cause I haven't heard of any guides to the Redbook (a guide of a guide hehehe).

 

Nope it's a book that is A GUIDE to the red book. Not the Red Book it self. Kind of like for Red Book Collectors.

 

Surprised the publishers of those Dummies guides never got around to a A Guide to the Redbook for Dummies.
