I think I have seen it all. I am up late after going thru some cents and I turn on the TV with a beverage and they are selling bears with the outline of the state on it embroidered on it with a state quarter seal in a plastic airtight attached to the bottom of the foot. You can get the first 10 for 19.95 and a free George Washington Dollar coin bear for 19.95 and get automatically enrolled for the rest. Get them now as we are almost out. "When was the last time you saw a Delaware Quarter" they asked?

here's a link to look at I really have to got to bed early as this kind of crap TV makes me want to throw a brick at the TV.

Wow, that is really, really sad... but I would pay to see the face on the shop keep the day that those walk into a coin dealer to be resold!!! ROTFL

There was a coin dealer in the area that got rid of his inventory and went strictly Beanie Baby. He could have had the best of both worlds with these gems.

I've seen a few of these around. Not worth the advertised price, of course, but they do have an audience.

I really hate when people do these kind of things someone is going to pay a premium for the coins bear just to learn it is worth about 3-5 bucks. It's a rip off and these people should be put in jail. Ice

I don't really understand why you guys are upset about this. The cost per bear is under $10 and it seems like a fun way to teach children about both History and Geography.

Where have you guys been? Those came out in 2000 with the first ten state quarters. Sales were bad enough that I don't believe they made any more of them after 2001. I don't think I've seen any of them with states after Kentucky. Now ten years later they are still trying to get rid of them.

They also came with 2000 Sac dollars as well.
