The mint website says that they haven't minted any 2010 american eagle coins yet, but on coinvault (just watch the show, not dumb enough to waste my money there) they have 2010 eagles for sell. What am I missing here?

I'm guessing that the Coin Vault is selling the mint state bullion 2010 ASEs while the US Mint is writing about the proof 2010 ASEs. Alternatively, it might be a pre-sale on Coin Vault.

If you're referring to silver eagles, there are 2010 bullion silver eagles for sale.

My dealer has them at $3 over spot.

What the Mint's website is referring to are proof and burnished silver eagles for 2009 were not produced. Only bullions.
