Some of you may know that I have been working on web based coin management software. Expected launch date is July 1st. Just some very quick features about the software: create albums create albums from predefined templates share albums get community gradings on your coins registry sets reporting features to simply see/print what you are missing in "runs" amazing graphic interaction on albums and coins and much much more..... So lets hear some names! PM me your ideas. I will choose my favorites 10 and post them in a poll. Prize: The winner of the name contest will receive their choice of one of the 16 different years ranging from 1965-1992 of Uncirculated mint Set with stamps from the Postal Society and a 2010 silver eagle one dollar. The contest will run until midnight (Eastern time) on June 21st.
I wanted to ask if your coin database works in conjunction with a forum like this one or is it a stand alone project? Thanks for the cool contest!!
Some folks have been asking my some questions about the naming. For example: "should it have 'coin' in the title?" etc.. Well, I really cant answer that because the ultimate decision will not be mine, it will be a community decision, via a poll. The only tip I will give is that is must be easy to remember and easy to spell!
Ohh...I can do that!! The Metal Munching Machine or The Coin and Currency Music Factory we could call it The C&C music factory for short lol
Hey, " Coin Management for Dummies". No, I believe someone has a copywrite on that. :rolling::goofer:
Hey Folks, I have been getting a ton of ideas from everyone. I am amazed at some of the creativity! Please do not be offended if I do not reply or answer any questions about the name. This does not mean your ideas are not a contender. I just don't want to give anyone an advantage. Keep them coming, 3 weeks left! -greg
