Inscription says 1721, Phillip V of Spain.
The R next to coat of arms means Real? What do the other letters mean?
    How much is it worth?

    Thanks,
    Amit

The R is for Real, but the II opposite of it means 2, the F below that is the mintmark.

    According to my Krause ...

    Spain 2 Reals
    1721-F KM# 297
    6.77g, 0.903 silver, 0.1965 ASW

    VG-$8.00
    F-$15.00
    VF-$25.00
    EF-$40.00

Not quite. F stands for the initial of the chief assayer. The mintmark is below the R, which is an aqueduct (Segovia mint).
