I have been a member of this forum since 2005 and I have seen many posters/folks come and go from this forum. I have never observed the mods being heavy handed or unfair to anyone and in my opinion they all deserve our thanks for keeping this board on track and for doing an excellent job in maintaining the integrity and reputation of this board.

It has been quiet and civil the last day or so. Hopefully we have heard the last from the "major."

Yeah, I was "poofed" in the Great Purge a couple of years ago.

He is the greatest ! Shows plenty of patience going over things until I have clearly understood it my own mind ! I am ome of those who absolutely needs to know why things are the way they are, and he has given me the education I desire. My heartfelt thanks to him.

Why do people get so wrapped up in what forum posts are posted in?
I see some reason but just not enough to really worry about it IMO.

I have been pretty lucky so far, only one post deleted and I dont even remember what it was now. Sure it had something to do with mothers, combat boots or something along those lines.

Folks, until you have sat behind the curtain, don't think for a second that its a simple job, Pays terrible, hours are long, and the thank yous are far and few between.
