This coin has doubling on all letters and date as well as eye, chin, nose and bow tie. There appears to be a die clash on the front side with "TRUST" appearing on his forehead and hair. "ONE CENT" is inscribed on his chin and bust several times, with parts of the memorial on the front side like the die clash makes several copies of the reverse on the obverse. It also doubles up Lincoln to make it appear that Lincoln is giving a piggy back ride to another Lincoln sitting under him. It also appears that the Mint mark "S" was removed.
Abe, thanks for the warm welcome. At first glance, I thought MD. Then I scanned it and noticed another date under the nine and five, at further glance it turned out to be 1957 under 1959. Then I noticed the TRUST across his hair and forehead. At closer notice, I discovered ONE CENT across his chin and bust. I will be posting a better picture of the date and writting on LINCOLN.

I'm not seeing any of these things from the photos; not even MD. Also, there were no Lincolns minted in SF in 1959, so there would be no "S" mintmark.

look at the top of the 5. actually look at almost every letter/number on the obverse. you can definitely tell there is MD, but the pictures don't show it well. they are just so common though..
