Everybody knows about a German war tokens, but not each collector held French war tokens in his own hands. Meanwhile, it is rather nice and interesting tokens, which minted during the WW I and a several years after. I bought a 4 French tokens yesterday and I want to share it with you, gentlemans.
It"s very strange but I can"t installed the pictures. Maybe something wrong with my computer or with the server? I don"t know.
I got this problem during the last day. Now i can"t installed a pictures with the "Manage Attachments". When I try to install a picture I see this caption: Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch_namespaceid() on a non-object in /var/www/html/includes/class_upload.php(382) : eval()'d code on line 5
I thinks the problem is with Coin Talk, I had no problem posting a photo hosted on Photobucket earlier. Mission Impossible mouse as proof... Back on topic, looking forward to seeing the French tokens Siberian Man.
Well! I do it at last! I can to install a pictures again! 5 centimes 1917, aluminium. Rochefort-Sur-Mer.
Attractive tokens. The French pieces are a lot harder to find than the German ones, but there are a lot fewer of them. The Lamb book if the only reference I have on these and it is not easy to come by. I know there is a better reference for them but I haven't been able to locate it. One difference between the German Lamb and the French Lamb is the French book lists more than just the municipal issues. I lists company, Transportation and POW issues as well. I have a fair size collection of these as well but nothing like the German.
