Found this 1862 coin and it is a bit too worn out to be able to read what country and value on it. I see there is probably a word "VICTORIA" or "VICTORY" on a side with a female (?) head. The side with a sitting silhouette is even harder to read. Here are the photos, if you need them more detailed or with different lightning, i might be able to get another few images.

According to the standard catalog of world coins, the 1860 Victoria Pence is worth $200 in fine, $500 in VF, and $2000 in XF. Yours looks to be in XF, but I'm no grader! Also, my catalog is old (1987) but values for foreign coins don't change that fast. It was the last of the "Young Bust" Pennies. Most of the 1860 Pence were the new "Matron Bust." Thus the unusually high value.
Umm, I think he was just using that coin as an example? Given the details I can see, I think it's a half penny. In it's current condition, it's not worth much. I can barely see the date as is.
XF would be a very generous grade, have you measured the diameter of the coin? Helps narrow it down between the possibilities.
Yeah, my first post shows my actual coin, while my second post shows an example of a proper looking coin i found in some blog. I afraid my coins grade is a PO, at best.
