New $100 Bill design

Have you held one yet? Seems a premature evaluation to someone who probably doesn't even have one.

The verdict is out on this one still.
I'll have to let it simmer a bit before I decide if I like it.
Probably have to have one in hand too.

 

I definitely need to see it in hand since it has the new features.

 

good god the 100 on the back is big as my head, say goodbye to the greenback.

 

Since the design is what we are looking at, Why would it matter what it feals

not what it feels like, did you even watch the video linked to on the unveiling splash page? there are features in place that you must see to get to know, not how it "feels", like the optical 3-D stripe, that blue thread running vertically on the face, it has liberty bells printed in it that shift with movement. How does the new watermark look up to the light? How does the printing LOOK as opposed to the low resolution image on the web you based your off the cuff judgement on? See you denounced the design, haven't even seen one in person and misunderstand the criticism you bring on yourself, you who deal in and collect notes! Good grief!

 

It's big, well i'll get it and keep it it's not that bad, it could have bush jr on it :]

No, see, I jump on you. not people in general, and it's because it's got more to do with your flippant style of commentary, in nearly every thread, without the slightest bit of forethought nor investigation before stating something, praising it or denouncing it. I'm sure you tire of me on your case... I'm glad to see you squirming about it and referring to me as your mother-in-law, because I tire of your banter on topics which you display very little to no regard for but just so you can make a post because you opened yet another thread. I don't care whether you like the new note or not, that's hardly the point. But take a look at how you denounce things via your 'opinions' or cast off topics to OPs and newbies due to your general lack of understanding of a given inquiry or topic. :loud:

 

It is something to behold and assess. Then spend if not something you collect. There's a lot of new Educational materials that discuss the new technological features of this note, that one can download on the newmoney.gov website. They are very well laid out materials and worth a few minutes to read over them. :thumb:

 

They already turned our money in to a joke- now they are trying to make it look like one.
