Counterfeit Morgan CC Please help to report

This coin has already been reported to ebay by several people but ebay has not removed it.
I sent the seller a polite message and have gotten no reply, clearly a dishonest seller.
Please help to report this to ebay and/or send the seller a message.
Look at the breast feathers and the arrow feathers.

What makes it a counterfeit?

 

If you look at the breast feathers and arrow feathers compared to a genuine example you should see the difference. The feathers around the neck and overall relief on the coin is off also.

 

It is a pretty lousy counterfeit. The Eagle’s breast feathers give it away in the first second of viewing.

 

Yeah, all the details are wrong when you compare the two. Thats not lighting.
Even the size of the eagle is wrong.
