i received this in change the other day and was wondering if it is worth keeping, or should i just spend it?
I am not a currency collector, so I would keep it :kewl: To me it has a neat serial with a star note, and not in bad condition. Could be something to pass down to other family members? Regards, Stan
Stars are very cool, But this is way to common and is in circulated Condition to ever be worth anything but face!!
On are end its the lack of the suffix at the end (Letter) which means Replacement , not the addition of a star
I keep all stars no matter the printage figures. They wont all survive. But the ones you cull have a better chance of survival, even with creases like on the OPs note.
Please tell me where you got that number. I have been google searching for an answer but to no avail. As a matter of fact, I JUST found a 2006 $20 star note when I went to get money today
Awesome!!! unc stars value at about $5 ....circs are between 1.50-3.00 depending on branch most are 1.50.I have been buying them at 1.69
thanks for posting the link! however, i could not find this one on there. how many of them were made? or the run, or whatever the technical term is? (i'm still learning about currency)
2006 F had three star note runs, two with 640,000 and one of 3.2 million, yours is from the 3.2 million run. www.uspapermoney.info
