I'm prove u wrong I'm just but we're do these counterfeits come from.because I got from a coin dealer .
Who's double stiles and what about Heritage auctions. Just trying to understand where you are coming from.
This is the second thread about this coin. The images are good enough to show the coin is a fake. You probably don't know this but several that have posted are graders and experts that work for grading services. I'm not an expert but even I can spot a counterfeit as bad as this one. Please compare your coin to images of the real thing. It should be easy for you to see the difference.
How can we tell it's fake. Just compare your coin to real examples from PCGS. Your coin Has weak, mushy details, is missing areas of e pluribus unum. No leg details. Weak head details. Overall weakness. And thats just the reverse. All characteristics of a fake. Honestly, if you can't recognize this as a fake, you shouldn't be buying raw coins. If you still disagree, you can always send it to a TPG for authentication. If you keep it as is, when you want to sell it dealers will Tell you its a fake and eBay buyers will report it as a fake. Your coin This is A proof. Not even close to yours This is A business strike. Once again, compare the strength of the strike and details to yours
You know what they say folks "Ignorance is bliss". Let the guy waste more money on this counterfeit trade dollar.
