I don't have it in hand. But a friend of mine has this. Wondering if it's real or not? And if real, what about would it grade?
I'm not a Morgan expert but I say it's a "Fake". The reason why is that with only 400,000 "Minted" this coin would be in better shape and probably be in some one's collection.
It's the ole mushy details Morgan, always has the look of someone slamming the oven door before it is done. It's a real not real coin.
This one would grade higher than the one I have as mine had more wear but it doesn’t look as good as mine.
Bit of a story here… Slabbed coin is a fake in a fake holder; counterfeiters used a genuine cert with an on-line image. MM of OP's one looks like the slabbed fake and off to the genuine one to my eyes…
Oh yea I see it. I thought the mint mark looked different than some but I know some are different anyway.
