To a degree. If you look closely, the rim is not 'singular', and not what could be easily defined as 'very square'.
Apparently just a nice strong strike. You look through many quarters, I'm sure that you've noticed that for a while now, the quality of Denver's Mint is usually better than Philadelphia's. I wonder why that is?
