If CAPS is yelling; I get a headache just from reading this :loud: Outside of using too many repeated adjectives, the last line is comedic gold, "...BE SURE TO LOOK AT OUR OTHER GREAT SELECTIONS WITH REALISTIC OFFERING PRICES..." Is that opposed to this auction's unrealistic offering price??? It's worth the read...you'll get a good chuckle... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330359434894 -LTB
I didn't read it. I don't play with large, color-changing fonts. That says "hype/shyster" to me. But I did make an offer. $6.66. :hammer::hammer:
For almost 5K I hope it's worth it!! hahaha... Just love THE SALES RAP ISN'T IT WORTH LISTENING TO YOU BET FOLKS! A DISCOUNT ON BRAIN CELLS FOR ANYONE WHO TAKES IT SERIOUSLY.
I checked to see if this seller had sold any coins in the past. Many of his sales are not coins. Here is a trade dollar which sold this year: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330392764079
i loved the line "don't miss this great opportunity to buy "the king of coins" in this super popular grade"... seriously, an s-vdb is the king of coins? lmao!! :rolling:
I cant stand it when sellers do all that hype. It is a big turn off for me. My grand dad always used to say "Keep it simple stupid". I think that applies to ebay auctions as well. People will be more inclined to buy in my opinion
Although, the internet says that CAPS is yelling,I actually can read caps alot easier,as all the lettering is uniform.I find it harder to read worts that have "height separation",and no matter what i ever read,I always read it in monotone with no feelings expressed.this way I dont get mad.thats just me
