Feel free to rant about your grading downgrades in this thread. You can also explain why you think the grade went down (or just complain-that's fine too ).
This lovely toned 1904-O downgraded from a 64 to a 63. It was one of the coins from show grading where I needed to get to five coins. I thought the color would prevent it from going down and maybe even help it gain a plus. I did get a PCGS TrueView photo though and a lesson to not expect market grading to always save the day (sometimes PCGS decides to be a bit more technical and punish the hits/marks on a coin like this). Edit: in other positive news, I probably helped take an over graded coin off the market. So while it cost me money, at least I can feel good about that (I think).
I was going to let this thread disappear into the ether but @Sunflower_Coins liked my post, so I figured I'd see if I'm the only one silly enough to post something like this.
That was an insane downgrade. I really like the eye appeal of your coin. I think it is a solid 64, but the money is in the beautiful toning, anyway.
