Ahh, the cost of Freedom is high, many intolerable things occur under it, and must be allowed to protect it. I agree with Doug.

There will be no vote from me on this post. IMHO that would be giving market research to these coin jezebelles! My 2 cents worth for the day, HA!!

Well he's soliciting feedback relative to the nature of a company in which, from his linkedin profile, you can see that he is an independent representative of.......

I got the impression from his question that he was a collector or non-affiliated NN person.... that does not appear to be the case. He's a representative of the company.

Oh yeah,, I just purchased a new 1913 Liberty Head Nickel the other day, I'll post it in an upcoming thread.... really nice.;)

You referring to the JOB or Corporate America where good ole honesty people spend $15,000 to $30,000 a year in new clothes, new cars, gas, extra food, daycare, and on and on and on to earn the right to the bottom of the Corporate Pyramid?...that the pyramid you talkin about?
Its all a pyramid, my friend...the church...your family....corporation....small business...and on and on....but in network marketing....ANYONE creates their on CEO position and creates their own "top of the pyramid" with good old hard work effort.......
You people have no clue that network marketing is the purest form of free enterprise in America and in the world....why? Because its the ONLY model that fairly compensates people for production only!!!!...unlike corporate America...where you make less so your company can pay the large percentage of DEAD WEIGHT....those who dont produce!!!
You're the same guy that will sell $100 worth of your coins for $500 if a guy offers...but you criticize a company that does the same thing 100 times a day .....you have no clue what American Free Enterprise business is all about....selling products to people who value them at the price offered......

If everyone was at the top of their own pyramid what is the purpose of such a venture? It would make more sense to sit at home and do the same and collect 100% of the profit on coins bought for 70% cheaper elsewhere and probably make at least 80% more money doing so. I guess sometimes the top of the pyramid really is the bottom of someone else's toilet no matter how hard you spin it.

My opinion only: It may enrapture new hobbyists at the get-go, but as soon as it's exposed, it will add a whiff of stink to the hobby, and a lot of those folks will bolt. Not to mention, add a stink to the noses of additional folks becoming interested in the hobby who may have a natural inclination towards it.

I've never heard anyone compare a network marketing pyramid scheme to the family pyramid before.... but ya know.... hummmm........
I knew those kids of mine were up to something sneeky lately, always taking and never producing anything. that's it ! It's the lil'raskels family pyramid scheme in play right here in my house !, dammit !
I guess my only solice is that what I put into the scheme I don't expect any discrete return on,, only that they are happy..... just like the church, where when I put in money, I have no expectations of return.... probably why they are both tax write offs.
As to NN, where the equation is (raw item)+(hot air investment advice)=(raw item value transformation of 5x),,, nahhh,, hot air just isn't a value add imo, or is it real work imo... just air blowing around. NN offers no real value add to thier base raw input item,, ergo.. the "scheme" is applied to the pyramid structure.
The "scheme" really doesn't apply to family or church pyramid structure... at least most of the time.

I'm so tired of scams and scammers. At work, from 8 am to 11 am, the majority of phone calls are from tele-marketers spewing their b.s.. I don't have the patience to even listen for 10 seconds. Once I find out who they are, I just hang up. The same with MLM promoters, millionaire and billionaire seminar gurus ... I have no time for them.... they are just parasites trying to relieve you of your hard earned cash. I've been to one of the free seminars and stayed until they announced that for only $6,000 you could attend the "Exclusive Seminar" where they would divulge the secrets on how to make a fortune in the exciting world of mail order!

More than 80% of the audience stood up and walked out.

    Scammers.

I dont think there is anything wrong with mlm's. Most people that trash talk them are people that have been in one and never made any money, or is a friend of someone in that scenario. They do work, I made my first $2,000 in one in only 1 month while in Iraq, but in order to keep the pace up, it required a ton of effort and time. If you want to join something where you can earn silver, and is not mlm, check out silver snowball. It's the only successfull precious metal program bc its an affiliate program, not mlm, and pays in silver.

I,m real surprised that many people here havent heard of this guy.(MM) He is on the tv shopping shows at least once a week.I turn it on for some laughs. He will sell modern mint products still available from the mint for about double the issue price.
He is also the guy who tells the viewers that the mint will never make any satin finish coins again...so you better buy his collection of sac dollars in SF 2005 to 2009 for 269.00.Every issue is sold out and hard to get according to him.I could go on for hours but I wont. I would advise anyone to run away from anything he is selling. Sorry if this is inappropriate.Guess I am still p*ssed about buying a 2000 silver proof set from him for 70.00 while the mint was selling it for 28.00 I think.
