1999 D Delaware quarter missing part of year

    Could easily be a tilted die.
    Look for a heavy rim, it will be opposite of the weak strike.

    178 to 1999 gee!!talk about a leap in time:rolleyes::rolleyes:that's a pretty neat one,to bad about condition but still a nice find and a keeper.

    The 7 is a greaser/filled die. The date and EPU is clearly defined.

    You css as n barely see the last 7. The die was filled with hardened grease.
