again... Still not identified!!!

    I have posted this coin here a couple of weeks ago but pictures were really bad... I have now nicer pictures and any help identifying this coin would be appreciated...

    Well, Im not sure at all, and the fact this is the 2nd time around for you for identification purposes suggests that everyone is stumped.
    Let me give it a shot...i dunno, its got the Star of David.
    Perhaps it a prop used during a kids Christmas Nativity play?
    Sorry, I just dont know.

    From the material, size, and the Seal of Solomon on the obverse, I'm going to guess it's an old 1/4 or 1/2 Falus from Morocco. It looks like it may even have an Islamic date, but it's hard to tell. I've never seen that reverse, though.

    I suggest you look on ebay for a few weeks, maybe you'll see something like it and find out what it is. My guess is that it's something that someone made years ago but it's not a coin.

    Try checking out ancient coins of Morocco in the 'Alawi' period
