He starts by making the assertion that he believed that the coin was MS and found out that it wasn't. (true)

That it was in an NGC holder but it is no longer. (true)

He says that he (and others) believe that the coin has upgrade potential so they cracked it out. (ambiguous at best)

He is using pics from when the coin was slabbed. (somewhat misleading)

He fails to mention the fingerprint. (see below)

This is where I think many people have a problem. Either the fingerprint is there and he is not mentioning it (misrepresenting it), or he cracked it out, and used some means of removing the print. This is also a problem for many reasons. He claims that the coin was in a NGC slab (implying that it will again certify). There is no guarantee that after the print has been removed that it will once again certify at all.

So IMHO either he is misleading people by not telling them the truth about the coin in one way or the other. Either by having cleaned it and not mentioning that fact, or by selling a coin with a fingerprint on it without mentioning that fact.

No Mike the first auction he had was totally different and read nothing about that.
Now it is a second auction that has the right stuff in it.

So a huge bid comes in at the last second, the "buyer" doesn't pay, and then the seller can then offer it in a second chance offer, likely for a larger price than the underbidder would have otherwise won the coin at based on the unpaying "buyer" big bid. And with the second chance offer, wouldn't it be much more difficult for the whistleblowers to contact the second chance buyer if they see that as what they feel needs to be done as I believe it is hard to determine which of the underbidders was the second chance winner until they post feedback?

100,000 seems like quite a few, but it was rlm that inspired me to take the time to report listings I know for sure to be fraudulent or grossly misleading. :thumb: ...I would guess I'm up to about 200 or so.

Wow! I just watched one of his videos...he'll MORE likely be the next Presidential assasin!

Btw, wouldn't you think the "Greatest Currency Trader in the World" could afford some nicer furniture in his apartment? ...and maybe some shampoo?

I hope he has some "three dollar bills" in his collection because that's what he is.

Seriously folks, this guy lives in California and says he is an actor. Don't you think these kind of response just pushe him on? It's obvious his elevator does not go all the way up and he is a go postal canidate later on.

It's like he wants to form a cult with him as the glorious leader.

Franly speaking I am turning the page on this book. Tired of hearing about him.

I see a lot of good natured people still trying to give him advice about his reputation. It's really a reflection of how great this community and it's members are. At this point there isn't anything left to salvage. I think it's time to let him fizzle out.

I traveled earlier this year to Asia and must have missed the last days of the self destruction of Mr. BNB. Does anyone know what led to his expulsion from this website? Although always controversial, he would always get a lot of responses to his passionate diatribes. BTW, his videos are certainly way out there.

I see he made a new video (no video, just voice) called, "Message to All you Negative Forum People". The message if focused on the PCGS forum (he really got trashed over there, too).

It's pretty much a Stuart Smalley..."I'm Good Enough, I'm Smart Enough, and Doggone It, People Like Me!"...type of message.

Looks like he did see or read this and removed it when you click the link it's gone. Don't know him but have seen his postings here previosly and in other places and have to agree quite surprising based on all the information he's received in the forums to try and help him.

Yeah you got that right!! I think the instability part is what makes this story louder than it needs to be. I know alot of ppl who grow up with emotional problems, quirks or disorders and they don't try to intentionally deceive anybody out of their hard earned money. It's just not right and somebody's makeup of who they are shouldn't even come into the equation. :secret:

If you're a stand up guy then it will show and if you're not. Well this thread is a great example of not! :D
