@Ball722 …Compare the coins you find at John Wexler’s website or Variety Vista. If they don’t show attributes like shown at those 2 places, odds are they are not a variety. The example @Kentucky posted is the valuable one. 1969 had many more besides this one, but none are as valuable. As you learn, try to avoid only trying to find out what a coin is worth. There are tons of other reasons to be a coin collector. You will learn that there is a difference between a variety and a error. And, you should use the Red Book that you’re gonna buy to begin how to grade coins. With experience you’ll be able to get in the right ballpark gradewise.
