    Yeah didn’t get the star in a guess cause I thought it was probably pcgs graded I still think it’d do pl

    And I did mention semi-pl in my guess, so that counts for something right? :p
    I think you are right @jtlee321 that the reverse just held it back.
    The grade looks good too (I was too conservative again).

    Agree with Dennis on this one—stunning coin, that just missed PL. I had it right, except for the star. My guess is that the star was for the prooflike obverse, but the reverse being just shy of PL. This is one of the nicest 1904o coins that I have seen. It is definitely a registry quality coin, even though higher grades exist.
