I don't post here very often anymore, but your current auction on Ebay has me asking why. Why would you crack a problem coin with a thumbprint, your beloved 38-d 3 legger AU-58 and list it on Ebay as GEM-BU ?

You are intentionally misleading folks for monetary gain. You are not being honest and are intentionally defrauding poeple. You have a known AU graded coin yet you put it on Ebay as Gem BU. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I dont post here much anymore but I find your actions despicable, and find you a despicable coin dealer. Your auction was enough to make me post a thread here.

Swim in your scum friend, it will last you a lifetime in the coinworld .

Spit on the sidewalk where you walk, you are a disgrace.

    Cointalkers beware.

If I could remember how to post a link to your auction I would.

I found his auction listing last night for the 37-D but didn't want to post it in the public threads due to the nature of comments that usually follow, but this really isn't any different from questioning any other dubious eBay Seller and their misleading tactics.

He actually started/ended his 37-D auction up to three times. The third being the current listing. The item specifics changed each time and after the firsts listing ended, he clearly changed the color of the coin and removed any notion that the coin was once in an NGC holder, sent to NCS and professionally cleaned. The photos clearly show the four gripping edges of the NGC style holder on the coin, but I see no mention of the coin being holdered in his description.

Here are each of the listing numbers and the difference in his image between the 1st and 2nd listing:

    1st listing: 110511953091
    2nd listing: 110511965758
    3rd listing:110511975649

It's really a shame the direction this guy has gone. His videos on YouTube show him getting into coins and now currency and quickly trying to flip things on eBay but he's gotten some negative emails that may help to warn other potential buyers in the future. I just hate to see people getting tangled up with this Seller and his conniving ways.

I don't think he changed "direction" at all. Seemed like he was playing the folks on CT for fools with his silly-azz, touchy-feely topics (jmo). :vanish:

I just meant that his immersion into coins didn't focus him and turn him away from those ways. Many hoped or tried to help him with that by educating him in anyway they could. Unfortunately we all know how things turned out and he's seemingly just added a new thing to his bag of tricks and kept on down the slimey path he was on making repeated bad decisions, likely hurting others in the hobby on his way down. He'll be his own undoing in time but it's still worth pointing out bad auctions to try to help others that may not know of his reputation.
