PCGS label on a 1882 CC Moran shows PCGS MS64 GSA Series: 52 Coin: 17

My Question is what does the Series and coin numbers mean and if they have this on the label is it worth anymore than a normal 1882 CC MS64?

The series number refers to the fact that the coin is a Morgan Dollar. The coin number refers to the fact that the coin is coin 17 in the Morgan Dollar series, or an 1882-CC. This info appears on all PCGS labels, except for the oldest slabs.

The GSA notation is specific to coins that were a part of the GSA sale in the 1970s. In this case, probably a majority of the known issues of the date were included in the sale, so it would also not affect the value.
