    Interior Die Break.

    A cud involves the edge of the coin and flows into the field.

    I learn something new all the time here! I didn't know a Cud was just an edge issue.

    Yes, it’s the same as a die chip but it must touch the edge of the coin. As the chip grows in size, so does the cud.

    Cuds are ugly in my opinion. But it is what it is.
