Thanks for all the helpful responses. As you may have noticed, there were no wrong answers. Still, no one checked "yes". After putting quarters in albums for the last 20+ years, my OCD makes it hard to ignore the new ones, but I probably will. Since the mint discontinued the cheap circulating sets, acquiring them in the secondary market or pocket change makes the most sense. Thanks for playing along!

Technically, no. I have every mint set starting from my birth year and my wife continues the tradition. So, usually every Christmas I know I'll be receiving a mint set. It is nice she wants to try to add to what she knows brings me happiness, and it is nice to have every year from my birth, so I am not going to tell her, "No, you are just wasting your money," anytime soon.
