Hi, I have this 1946 -S Lincoln cent with some lamination damage and I would like to know if it is worth getting it encapsulated or not ? IMG_1438.JPG IMG_1439.JPG IMG_1440.JPG IMG_1443.JPG IMG_1444.JPG

Your very welcome the red book a must for every collector has an error section in the back the list errors as well values...a good tool to have for references.

Laminations are a mint error, not damage and you have a nice attached one. Not worth the cost to have it graded.

Nice to find and keep but also, IMHO not worth encapsulation by a TPG.

Nice retained lamination. I would put it in a flip or 2x2 and just keep it as its value is minimal, IMHO.

Get it in something before it breaks off. It’ll be worth it. Not many collectors have these, they’re hard finds. If it breaks off, glue it back on and offer it on eBay.
