I think this is it! Looks like it under my loop!

This is pushing my camera limits, this is good as I can get.

That is just too similar for it not to be. Your pix came out better than I have been able to get.

    Nice looking coin, BTW. Cleaned?

I seriously doubt this coin is cleaned. I got it from my local deal and it was looked at by both owners, they are VERY particular about cleaned coins.

Maybe it is just because you were trying to catch the particulars, but it just looks like the coin has zero luster left.

It has some luster.....it's a brownish, spotted, 99 year-old coin...it's not exactly brilliant anymore. LOL :D

Nice find Thad. Do you see any die markers on it? Coppercoins.com doesn't list any from the specimen they examined. Since yours is in such great shape maybe you can find some.

Edit: Nevermind. Just noticed that Coneca lists marker for it. One being a die crack to the rim on the lower right wheat stalk. Looks like yours has that.

    Thanks everyone!

Here's a picture I left out of the die crack. Is this in Cherry Pickers guide?

Canon SD700IS....an oldie but a goodie! I bought an SD880IS months ago, but the SD700IS is superior for macros because it will go upto 4x optical zoom WHILE in macro mode. The SD880IS will not let you zoom while in macro mode. :headbang:

Are you sure that is a die crack? The more I look at it the more I think it is a planchet flaw.

It does look like a die crack that is turning into a lamination peel...
