added some major proof fire power to my registry set

i have been trying to put together a complete graded set of jefferson nickels(both regular and proofs) for some time now. i have taken a pretty big chunk out of the set but what i lacked were some nice PF70 coins. up until today i only had one. well i changed that big time. i added 16 PF70 Ultra Cameo jeffersons to the mix
first off is a real beauty and hard to get.

I'm working on a set of Jefferson Proofs too... Most of mine are PF69 Graded by NGC a few are a step or two less...

I've got quite a few, but still a long way to go...

As avid of a Jefferson collector as I am, I do not have a single PR-70 specimen. I did purchase one once, but I was not satisfied with it, so I returned it.

 

mine were also mostly PF69 UC. i just really wanted to upgrade them. so needless to say i will have some up for sale real soon :thumb:

 

I"m getting chilly just looking at the frost on that 78S. With that much frost you can't really be from South Florida...no way.

So THAT's what progress looks like.

You seem to have Maxed out and there is no UP left with those about.

So what's next?

 

lol there is still many PF70's to be had. now is when they start to really go up in price
