Ebay doesn't care. The seller ended the previous listing so they could lower their asking price. There's some magic sauce with reporting counterfeits but I have yet to figure out what that is.
Interesting that this counterfeit listing appears as an eBay listing ad below the Numista referenced by the OP. Anyone interested in a $1700.00 counterfeit coin purchase?
