Googled '' genuine '' coins and found that NGC doesn't grade to this condition of coin. They'll tell it like it is and send it back in a bodybag. PGCS, on the other hand, does grade '' Genuine '' and explains what they find by the numbers on the slab. You'll have to go to the PGCS site and look it up for yourself because it is a little lengthy. You guys are great. Very interesting thread, thanks. zeke
