    Yes. Die Deterioration doubling..
    Worthless doubling.
    Not a Doubled Die variety.

    Your coin seems to have a lot of design weakness. Do you have a weight for it?
    Also the obverse is a mis-aligned die strike.(MAD)
    And yes it shows signs of DDD.

    A little on the light side, but not enough to say its a thin planchet.
    It does have several things going on. Thanks for the reply on weight.

    The die was fine. That was caused by the strike of the off-centered planchet. Nice coin, BTW.
