I found this one and it’s at least an AU-50. Still had some mint luster. In the 2 and the neck there is a small lamination which is nice. The 1892-O I posted yesterday is nice but it’s only a XF-45. This coin is a better fit in my Dansco Type Set than the 1892-O.
DEF AU something. Hey @Collecting Nut ! Can you show us Pics with less lighting? Just edit it in PhotoScape or LunaPic.
Difficult to do Sal as I only have my cell phone. I can’t edit the brightness so you’ll just have to put on your sunglasses. Lol
Might go 58/62. possible details. The obv. stars are well struck and the "Liberty" ribbon is well struck as well. A possible concern in the field around the arrows on the rev.
Very nice looking Barber. So hard to find a nice looking Barber that I have to appreciate it even if there is a possibility of details. 100% it gets a home in my Dansco.
I have to agree with @tibor . The reverse by the arrows could be suspect. I hesitate to grade from photos, but there appears to be some very fine hairlines, chatter in that area. And that could totally be a photo issue.
@Collecting Nut nice barber with good detail. What type of cellphone do you have? There are a few FREE Photo Editor Apps that will work for either the iPhone or Android System: https://www.cyberlink.com/blog/photo-editing-best-software/322/free-photo-editing-app-ios-android
Great coin for a 7070 type set. I have one that I used in my 20th Century set, I cracked it out of an old small ANACS holder many years ago.
