1972 P Lincoln Cent DDO

Not the best one out there. But I didn't have this one.

it might be a ddo type 3 I can see .. the split lightly

 

if you really wana find out send it to be certified they will determine the exact classification if you cannot...

 

Na, Im good! I know it is. Really easy determini g after finding a few.

 

I just recently found out about the 72 Cent error. I normally search through currency and quarters but I had a bunch of Cents and I had my grandson pull out all the 72's he could find. There were about 30 or so and I put them all under my coin microscope and found a couple that might be something. I cannot for the life of me see some of these DDO errors. I've watched innumerable videos and looked at photos but some of these errors I cannot see. I have a couple pics to post but not sure if I can do that here in a reply. Can I?

 

We usually discourage it and ask you start another thread. I wouldn't mind it if this were my thread. He knows he's got it, it's a DDO, so he's done here, really. This is not my thread, though.

 

If you started your own thread you will probably get more feedback. But I don't mind at all. Good photos will help determine.
