1982p cent... How did this happen?

    An indented strike after not ejecting completely. It was out of the collar and another coin was struck on the edge of the coin.

    @Collecting Nut Please forgive my response to you question about lining up with another cent. It was... close... but not quite exact. I should have stated it better then, but I want to correct it now.
    I'm embarrassed about it and hope you forgive my original lame response.
