Once again I'm curious about the condition of a coin and how it came to be that way. If anybody can help me out here it would b much appreciated! Thanks for looking. 20220606_180426.jpg 20220606_180419.jpg

Hi Cathy, your dime has had a very rough life living in a parking lot and getting run over many many times to cause all that damage. It also looks like it could have been the victim of dryer abuse. Either way that Roosie didn't leave the Mint looking like that. It is most certainly PMD (Post Mint Damage).

Don't give up on that Rosie. I know nothing about coins, I'm here for the Chicken-Salad recipe. On the reverse, it appears like a partial clip from 7 to 11. Coin appears larger than a standard dime from possible double struck, out of collar. I'm always got on these rose-colored glasses. Get a hands-on opinion. Just saying ! Enjoy!

No. Incorrect. Just damage. And it's not double struck out of collar.

Your coin was damaged after it left the mint. It IS NOT an error of any kind. Not a partial clip. Not a doubled die. Not struck out of collar

Here is some info on the minting process. If you're going to provide feedback to new members, you really should learn the minting and die making process. It's important that members give accurate information when answering questions.
