1969 D nickel possible rpm

Found this 1969D nickel and it looks to me to have a rpm can't find anything on it at variety vista.
So I am posting it to get some other opinions.
Looks like a D/D rpm to me
Also looks to have some doubling of the star on the obverse....

Wexler shows only 1. But yours is totally different including the position and orientation of the MM not being correct.

I see something directly above the D mint mark, but it is a different size.
