Real or Reproduction/Fake

    I posted this coin several months ago but did not have the coin in hand. Lady said her mom found on a parking lot several years ago. Coin is slightly oblong-5/8 inch by 11/16 inch and weight is 3 grams on my scale. I know almost nothing about ancients. I understand id from photo is not always possible but knowledge in this group is the best. Any help is appreciated as I am trying to help lady determine what she has. Thanks for letting me post and thanks in advance for your assistance.

    It's a fake, sorry. They would way much more. Usually, 3.9g - 4.3g on average.
