OK so I'm not 100% sure of the 12 hour rule so if this is wrong someone enlighten me. I have assumed that it allows a post within 12 hours on a theme which is good for me if I'm out at work or with time zone differences.

@Dafydd ...As far as I'm aware the 12hr rule is when a person posts a particular coin with its related continuation and this criteria is not met...Hence after 12 hours someone can post another coin completely unrelated to the previous request with their own criteria to continue.......Does that make sense?
Did I actually do something incorrect here?

What trips me up is that per the OP, it doesn't have to be related. Once you champion the request you are allowed to pick and entirely new request. (Though I am pretty sure I and most the rest do our best to tie it in everytime)
But, YES, 12 hour rule just means that if someone picks something too silly or unavailable for anyone on the board at the time then street twelve hours restarts the game with a new subject.
