Found This One

A 1969-S PR69CAM Kennedy Half Dollar graded by PCGS. Marks are not on the coin. Graded about 25 yrs. ago.

I wasn't crazy about the Kennedy half when it came out, and I'm still not, but when almost any of the designs are PF with frosted devices, they look great.

That's a very rare variety! There are only 49 stars around that eagle, I counted them twice! How many do you guys get? There's supposed to be 50 for the 50 states. One would think they left out Hawaii, but I think they left out California. I know I would if I had to choose.

 

Never noticed that. Makes me wonder lots of things.

Any chance that your Kennedy came from one of the sets? When I get a "set", I open them up to see the quality of the coins. I have only been buying the silver sets. They are all suppose to be pristine. I did get the Kennedy anniversary set

I have no idea. I walked into my LCS many years ago, saw it and bought it as it currently is. They didn’t know either as they bought it as you see it.
