meh. public art work, but she did it on zincolns and not nickels.... probably most of them zinc rotted in circulation by now I'd think. they do sell on ebay for like $35-$50 though. there was a roll of them that sold for like $2000 on there.....
Forgot about those, but then I seldom give Zincoln's a second glance, so I would have missed any coming my way.
I think it's interesting, especially since the edge was chosen. As a world coin collector too, I often look at the edge of coins and find neat stuff. But, besides the few US coins that do have edge lettering, I would never think to look at the edge of a cent. I doubt many made it down to Kentucky anyway!
